The material decides strength, heat resistance, finish and price. Here is what we print and mould, and when to use each one.

PLA
Cheapest, most accurate FDM material. Ideal for prototypes and models, not for heat or impact.

The one material we print and mould: prototype the enclosure in ABS, then produce it in ABS.

PETG
Same price as PLA, far tougher. Our default for functional brackets, clips, covers and outdoor parts.

Nylon
Our toughest FDM material: low friction and high wear resistance for gears, bushes and clips.

Resins
Four resins at 0.05 mm layers for fine detail: standard, ABS-like tough, castable and nylon-like.

PP
Light, cheap and chemical-resistant. The material for living hinges, caps, containers and clips.

HDPE
Very tough, chemical-resistant and slippery. For agricultural, outdoor and impact-heavy moulded parts.
