How ordering works
Six simple steps from your file to parts in your hand. No surprises, no hidden charges.

Send your part
A CAD file (STEP preferred, or STL, IGES, OBJ), a drawing, or photos of a sample with a ruler in the frame. Tell us quantity, material, colour, finish and when you need it.

We check it
An engineer checks the geometry, suggests the best process and flags anything that will cause trouble. For moulding enquiries this DFM check is free.
- 03
You get a written quote
Line items per part, GST shown separately, lead time stated. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- 04
Confirm and pay the advance
50% advance with the order, 50% before dispatch. We start work when the advance is received.
- 05
We make and inspect
Parts are printed or moulded, cleaned, finished as agreed and checked against your file or drawing.
- 06
Pay the balance, receive the parts
Free pickup from our factory in Savali, or we deliver or courier them to you with a GST invoice.

Ordering questions
Which file formats do you accept?
STEP/STP (preferred), STL, IGES/IGS, OBJ and 3MF for 3D models; PDF or DWG drawings; and clear photos of a sample with a ruler for reverse engineering. You can zip several files together.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send your NDA before you share files, or ask for ours. Your files are only used to quote and make your part.
Can I change the design after confirming?
Changes after confirmation may incur additional charges. Small changes before printing starts are usually free; tell us as early as possible.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes, on every order. Share your GSTIN when you order so you can claim input tax credit. Supplies within Maharashtra carry CGST + SGST; other states carry IGST.
