Pune is not short of 3D printing services or moulders. Chakan, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Talegaon and Ranjangaon are full of them, serving the auto, white-goods, electrical and engineering companies around them. If you need a quick FDM print by tomorrow, a bureau near your office will usually be faster than us.

In-house 250-tonne moulding
Our injection moulding machine is a 250-tonne Haitian MA 2500, servo-hydraulic, from the Mars series. We run PP, HDPE and ABS, with other materials on request. The mould is designed and built through us and runs in our factory, so the people who printed and approved your sample are the same people who set up the production run.
That matters most when something goes wrong: a short shot, a sink mark, a snap-fit that is too tight. One supplier owns the problem instead of three passing it between them. See injection moulding for the full process.
An affordable first mould
Pune start-ups and small OEMs often hit the same wall: they have validated a product with 3D prints, need a few thousand parts, and are quoted for a multi-cavity, high-volume tool they do not need yet.
A first mould can be simpler. Single cavity, minimal side actions, and a design adjusted during our free DFM review so the tool is cheaper to build. That keeps the upfront spend in proportion to the first year’s demand. A larger tool can come later, once sales justify it. Mould prices depend on the part, so we quote each one individually. The founder, Niket Shah, is a mechanical engineer with a master’s degree, more than 10 years of engineering experience and 6+ years as a software product manager. Technical questions about your part go to the person who understands it, not through layers of coordinators. Quotes and orders are handled by our Sales Director.
For product companies, that product-management background also helps in a practical way: discussing which version to tool first, what to freeze, and what can wait for a second release.
Working with us from Pune
Sangli is about 230 km from Pune on the Pune–Bengaluru highway, through Satara and Karad. Most Pune projects run remotely:
- You send STEP or STL files and quantities by email or WhatsApp.
- We reply with DFM comments and a quote, valid for 7 days, GST shown separately.
- A printed sample is couriered for you to test.
- After approval and a 50% advance, the mould is built; first-off samples come to you for sign-off.
- Production parts are dispatched after the balance payment. Transit time and charge are confirmed with your quote.
