3D-printed prototypes to injection‑moulded parts, in Sangli.
FDM and resin parts for testing. Moulds and a 250-tonne press on the same shop floor for production. One engineering team takes your part from the first sketch to the thousandth piece.

One supplier from the first sketch to the thousandth part.
Most buyers juggle a designer, a print shop and a moulder. Here the same engineers carry your part through every stage, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
Design & DFM check
Send a sketch, sample or CAD. We check walls, draft and material so the part can be printed now and moulded later.
Product design & DFM →3D print & test
FDM for function, resin for fine detail. Fit it, test it, change it. Each iteration takes days, not weeks.
3D printing →Mould & produce
When the design is frozen and the quantity justifies it, we get the mould made and run production on our own press.
Injection moulding →What we make

FDM 3D printing
Functional prototypes and small batches in PLA, PETG, ABS and Nylon, priced by the gram.

Resin (SLA) printing
Fine-detail, smooth-surface parts at 0.05 mm layers in standard, tough, castable and nylon-like resins.

Injection moulding
Production runs in PP, HDPE and ABS on our own 250-tonne press.

Low-volume production
Batches of 10 to 1,000s of parts on 12 FDM printers, with a clear path to injection moulding.

Design & DFM
CAD modelling and DFM for plastic parts, so the part you design is the part a mould can make.

Reverse engineering
We measure your old or broken part, rebuild it in CAD and make new ones by printing or moulding.

Casting patterns
Printed sand-casting patterns with shrinkage, draft and core prints, plus castable resin for investment casting.

Painting & finishing
Sanding, priming, painting and two-tone finishes that turn printed parts into display-ready pieces.
Read more →Choose the process by quantity, not habit.
A mould only pays for itself above a certain quantity. We show you that break-even point on every moulding quote.
Read the break-even guide →| Quantity | Usually best | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 – 10 | FDM or resin printing | No tooling. Change the design freely. |
| 10 – 200 | Batch 3D printing | 12 printers run in parallel; still no tooling cost. |
| 200 – 1,000 | Printing or a first mould | Depends on part size and price. We calculate it for you. |
| 1,000 + | Injection moulding | Lowest cost per part once the mould is paid for. |
Real parts from our shop floor

No middlemen. The people who quote are the people who make.
Our vision is a world where no brilliant idea is lost because it was too hard to create. We are the bridge from concept to reality.
Printers and the moulding press are in our factory in Savali. You can come and see your part being made.
Every job is reviewed by a mechanical engineer before it is quoted, so problems are caught on screen, not in steel.
Line-item quotes with GST shown separately, valid for 7 days, and the print-vs-mould break-even when it matters.
Files are used only to quote and make your part. We sign your NDA on request.

Common questions
What is the minimum order?
One part. We 3D print single prototypes as happily as batches. For injection moulding the minimum run depends on the mould; ask us with your part and we will tell you whether printing or moulding is cheaper.
Can you work from a sample instead of a CAD file?
Yes. We measure the sample, model it in CAD, print a test piece for you to check, and then make as many as you need. See reverse engineering.
How do you decide between 3D printing and injection moulding?
By quantity, design stability and material. Printing has no tooling cost; moulding has a mould cost but a far lower price per part. We calculate the break-even for every moulding enquiry. Read 3D printing vs injection moulding.
How much does 3D printing cost?
FDM printing in PLA starts at about ₹3.13 per gram plus ₹18.75 handling per part, before GST. A 100 × 60 × 30 mm enclosure with 2 mm walls comes to about ₹170. See pricing for the full picture.
Do you deliver outside Sangli?
Yes, across Kolhapur, Ichalkaranji, Satara, Karad, Belagavi and Pune, and by courier anywhere in India. Pickup from our factory in Savali is free.
Will you keep my design confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only to quote and make your part, and we sign your NDA on request.
Have a part to make?
