AURO3D started with a simple frustration: good ideas get stuck between the drawing and the first real part. A start-up has a design but no one to make ten pieces. A machine builder needs a plastic cover but the moulder wants an order of fifty thousand. A foundry waits weeks for a wooden pattern.
So we built a factory in Savali, Sangli that covers every step: product design, FDM and resin 3D printing for prototypes and small batches, finishing, and injection moulding on our own 250-tonne press for production. The same engineers stay with your part from the first sketch to the thousandth piece.
We work with electronics and control-panel makers, automation and special-purpose machine builders, component suppliers, foundries, product start-ups and engineering students across Western Maharashtra and North Karnataka, and ship anywhere in India.

Founder & Managing Director
Niket is a mechanical engineer with a master's degree in mechanical engineering and more than 10 years of engineering experience. Before AURO3D he spent over 6 years as a product manager in the software industry, where he learned to start from the customer's problem, test early and only invest once the evidence is in.
That is how AURO3D works with its customers: print and test first, fix the design while changes are cheap, and only then commit to a mould. Niket reviews engineering and DFM questions himself.
